Challenges
Dubai Property Team (DPT) had a series of problems establishing a powerful online platform despite their relatively good investment proposal. They were not that visible online, and the brand itself could not be remembered by international investors. The current site was very simple and unoptimised, not giving buyers who were not conversant with the Dubai property market a direction on what to do. There was no proactive lead generation in the activity, so the requests were sporadic and conversion was minimal.
